The filtration efficiency is ≥30%, 40%@≥1μm (counting method) or European standard G3, G4.
The outer frame is galvanized sheet, aluminum profile; the filter material is: non-woven fabric, polypropylene fiber material.
The inner frame of the filter is sandwiched with plastic mesh on both sides to ensure that the filter material does not deform;
The filter material can be replaced and cleaned;

Temperature: -10~~80℃, humidity: ≤80%, slightly acidic and slightly alkaline air filtration
Under the rated air volume, it can be used normally for 3~4 months, and the filter needs to be replaced;
Or when the filter resistance reaches more than 250Pa, the filter must be replaced;
If the filter uses washable filter material, the replaced filter material can be rinsed with clean water or a solution containing neutral detergent, dried, and then replaced;
It is allowed to be cleaned twice at most, that is, a new filter must be replaced;
If the dust concentration in the use environment is high, the service life cycle will be reduced.
Regularly check whether the filter plastic screen is damaged, whether the air inlet surface is blocked by debris, and whether the filter surface is damaged;
If the surface is blocked, it should be cleared;
If the filter surface is seriously damaged, it must be replaced with a new filter or a new filter is replaced and reinstalled;
When installing the filter, ensure that the pressure edge of the frame is well sealed to prevent air leakage;
Do not hit the surface of the filter with heavy objects, and do not pull the filter surface of the filter with force.
Store at room temperature away from light, and do not store in humid, cold, hot or drastic temperature changes. At the same time, prevent the filter from mechanical damage and chemical corrosion.
