ePTFE High-Efficiency Composite Filter Paper

Features
  • Polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) material has excellent high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, non-adhesiveness and hydrophobicity. The ePTFE microporous membrane is prepared by a biaxial stretching process. It has a microporous structure with staggered node fibers, high porosity, small and uniform pore size. Therefore, the ePTFE microporous membrane can achieve higher efficiency at lower resistance. The ePTFE high-efficiency filter paper is made of high-efficiency ePTFE microporous film and non-woven fabric thermal composite. It has a reliable filtration level of E10-U16, low wind resistance, low energy consumption, and is widely used in semiconductors, electronics, flat panel displays, photovoltaics and other industries.
Applications
1. Low wind resistance and high retention rate. Excellent resistance-to-efficiency ratio; PF value: ≥28@5.3cm/s@0.15umD0P (tested by TS13160 test instrument) 2. Compared with glass fiber and electret filter materials, ePTFE high-efficiency filter paper better achieves the balance between wind resistance and interception rate 3. Boron-free, phosphorus-free, impurity-free, low volatile gas (IoWoffgassing) 4. Superior chemical resistance, superb resistance to acids (e.g., hydrofluoric acid HF), alkalis and organic solvents 5. Superior moisture resistance, superb waterproofness, superior mechanical strength and durability
