Features

Unique product structure: DPA paint mist filter cotton has a three-layer structure. The first layer is a perforated structure, which can hold more paint and dust. The second layer is an environmentally friendly chemical fiber mesh bonding, which increases firmness and durability. The third layer uses fine fibers to hold more fine dust and remaining paint.
High capture efficiency: The capture efficiency for particles larger than 10μm is over 99.8%, and for particles larger than 5μm, it is over 90%, which greatly solves the problem of low capture efficiency for small particles in other paint mist filtering materials.
Wide capture range: It can not only capture wet paint and paint particles, but also dry powder coatings, such as high-solid coatings, powder coatings, water-based coatings, multi-component coatings, paint residue and impurities produced by colorants and adhesives, all of which can be intercepted and removed.
Long service life: The 3D diamond pocket design can increase the filtration area, ensuring that it remains in its original shape without cracking or deforming even after weight gain during use. Its service life is 3 to 5 times that of other common paint mist filtration materials.
Large paint holding capacity: The maximum paint mist capture capacity can reach 32kg/m ², making it one of the materials with the best paint mist filtration effect and the largest paint mist capture capacity at present.
Silicone-free;
The filter material is fixed with a metal outer frame and metal support mesh, featuring a firm and aesthetically pleasing structure.
Support strips: Each filter bag is fixed with metal strips to increase the strength of the filter bags and prevent them from cracking or falling off at high wind speeds.
